Our Lady’s Church at Medley’s Neck is located on Rt. 244 (a/k/a Medley’s Neck Road) 2 miles from St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds which is located at the intersection of Rt. 5 and Rt. 244. From Rt. 5 you will find the church by turning onto Rt. 244 heading towards the Potomac River.  The church building is located down the road on the right at the bottom of a small hill.  The church is white and it is located at the top of a hill well off the road with a parking lot in front.

The Parish Office is located on Rt. 244 just before you reach the church but it is on the left side of the road.  The best way to locate the Parish Office if you are coming from Rt. 5 is to look for the small street sign for Medley’s Neck Lane (on left side of road) which is about 1.8 miles after you turn off of Rt. 5 onto Rt. 244.  The turn for the Parish Office comes up quickly after you pass this sign.  It is easy to miss the Parish Office which is a yellow ranch-style house with dark red shutters and a circular driveway. There are lots of woods right near the road which makes it hard to see the building and the sign.   If you pass by the Parish Office you can turn around in the church parking lot and head back up Rt. 244.

If you are looking for directions to Our Lady’s Church heading from the Potomac River area (towards Leonardtown) you will find it on your left and the parish office is just up the small hill on the right. It’s best to take a look at the map below.
