Passing on our faith to our children is one of the best gifts we can give them. Our Lady’s Parish offers weekly religious education during the school year for children in grades 1-8. Our mission is to aid Catholic parents with their children’s faith formation, as well as teach the fundamentals of the Catholic faith, and prepare the children to receive the sacraments.
Classes meet on Sundays from 9:30-10:45am beginning in September and concluding with the May Crowning the first weekend in May.
Religious education annual fees: $50 for one child, $90 for two children, $100 for three or more children

All Saint’s Day
We are all called to be saints and this celebration allows the children to learn about some of the saints who came before us to serve as inspiration and intercede for us through prayers.
Children’s Christmas Mass
Celebration of the birth of our Savior is a special time for all of us. Children participate in the gospel at the 4 pm Christmas Eve Mass.
2nd grade Retreat/1st Reconciliation
God offers us the gift of healing through the sacrament of Reconciliation. In early spring 2nd grade parishioners receive this sacrament for the first time during a retreat, which features activities about the Prodigal Son and the Last Supper.
– For more information regarding Reconciliation click HERE.
1st Holy Communion
Jesus is present with us through the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist which he instituted at the Last Supper. In late spring 2nd grade parishioners receive this sacrament for the first time during a weekend Mass.

Jesus commissioned the disciples to go out and preach the word with the help of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. 8th grade parishioners confirm their faith in a similar way through the sacrament of Confirmation celebrated at a Mass in late spring.

Parish religious education concludes for the school year with the May Crowning ceremony the first Sunday of May. We honor Our Lady Mary, mother of God, followed by a celebration for the students.
